86 Days to Go: Olympic Tri

My schedule has me doing an Olympic Triathlon. So up early, hit the books, go to my 7:00 bfast appointment and then to the gym. Did the whole thing at a very fast pace for me. I was so encouraged by the run. At first it was uncomfortable, but once I settled in, I felt like I was expending almost no energy. It felt like walking. It was very, very strange. At the end of an hour, I felt like I could have gone much, much longer. Good signs that fitness are improving.

I am reading Paul Brand’s book Fearfully and Wonderfully Made. I love it! I wish I were a doctor studying medicine. Seriously awesome.
