Spudman 2010
Had fun this year at the 2010 Spudman. The short of the story is that I wanted to beat my time from last year and missed it by 1 minute 45 seconds. Bummer. I think I may have actually done better since I have a suspicion that the swim was longer and they changed the bike course to be a little bit longer but since I did not actually beat my time it doesn’t count. On the up side, I felt the strongest ever and ran the whole thing without too much trouble. That is definitely the first time I can say that. Here’s a picture of me just before the finish in pure misery. I love triathlon ;-)
